Our latest report documents the College's approach to addressing challenges within the judicial role while breaking new ground with innovative, impactful events. Highlights include the Prima Facie screening, which sparked essential discussions on trauma-informed practices and systemic reform; our Back to Country event that connected judicial officers with First Peoples communities; and the Courts as workplaces series and Judicial management forum, which tackled critical issues of sexual harassment, bullying, and staff management; and how trusted resources like the Criminal Charge Book and Victorian Sentencing Manual remain indispensable tools for judicial officers.
